Parenting is a tough job. It's even harder when you seem to be the only mom who is doing things "differently" -- whether that means seeking out or learning about natural therapies for your family, eating organic foods, breastfeeding, co-sleeping, homeschooling, cloth diapering, fighting commercialism, being interested in environmental conservation, or what have you. But there are moms out there just like you who are seeking to nurture their children and to empower themselves.

Coming together as holistic moms and supporting one another empowers us through support, validation, and education. Providing the opportunity to learn and grow together enables us to make the best decisions we can, affirms our choices, and creates a wonderfully diverse community for us to participate in. Through our HMN chapters, we hope to renew and reinvigorate ourselves and each other, learn from one another, and to share in our passion for holistic parenting.

Cleveland Chapter of the

Holistic Moms Network

The Holistic Moms Network is a non-profit support and discussion network for moms with an interest in more natural approach to health and parenting. The Cleveland Area Chapter offers monthly meetings the 2nd Thursday of the month at Solon’s Mustard Seed Market on a variety of natural health and parenting topics. HMN also has activities such as Playgroups, Cooking Club & a Mom’s Night Out for moms with children of all ages.
